We are proud to be a collaborative design team partner in the repositioning of a key part of the Minneapolis skyline. More recently known as the Campbell Mithun Tower, this 42-story building has been rebranded as Two22.

We provided HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and specialty lighting services for the renovation and enhancement of the ground and skyway levels of the tower. Our team of engineers and designers identified both existing infrastructure issues that require upgrades and opportunities to integrate flexibility, scalability, and controllability into the building systems.
These improvements address long standing occupant comfort and operational issues while improving the efficiency and dependability of key building systems. The integration of our engineered systems into the remodeled spaces enhanced the revitalized aesthetic of the public/tenant spaces and provided the infrastructure that allows Two22 the flexibility to adapt and change with the needs of the Owner and occupants for 30+ years.
