We’ve supported the design of many Marriott Hotels in the Twin Cities. This project page features the Marriott Minnetonka project which included upgrades to the interior finishes, furnishings, and layouts as well as lighting, electrical, and lighting controls. Renovation areas included the entrance lobby, front desk/check-in, elevator lobby, small conference room, large lobby casual/communal room, restaurant area, and relocation of the central bar.

Inefficient incandescent downlights were replaced with fluorescent, while non-functioning and hard to maintain lighting systems were replaced with fluorescent and LED lighting. Upgrades to lighting controls allowed for dimming and scene setting based on time of day and activity in the space. The new finishes and lighting create a whole new updated and functional elegance to the space.
