4Front Campus is a premier technology and office campus in Oakdale, Minnesota, with over 500,000 square feet of office and lab space. The campus has four buildings on a 122-acre site, owned and operated by Larson Family Real Estate LLP. We have been the design consultants for the campus since 1997, when we added two new buildings to the existing ones. We also remodeled the original buildings and provided support and engineering services for the campus.

Our team has been the design consultants for the campus since 1997, when we added two new buildings to the existing ones. We also remodeled the original buildings and provided support and engineering services for the campus. We continue to support the facilities management team with new tenants, from the initial site visit to the design of new spaces. We also provide support for the ongoing facilities maintenance and infrastructure upgrades for the campus.
The campus offers a range of amenities, such as cleanroom space, temperature and humidity-controlled rooms for testing, lab space, hazardous chemical storage, loading dock, 24×7 security, cafe serving both breakfast/lunch, conference rooms, training rooms, and fitness center. The campus hosts a variety of tenants, such as Carestream Health, Miraclon, Wei Laboratories, Mindrey, Thales, Optimized Social Media, MDBioscience, Incubology, Impact Group, Cashe Software, ACS, Kodak, Camp Odayin, Cancer Legal Care, and Slumberland Corporate Office.
