Rosemary Wolf PE, LEED-AP
Rosemary, with her vast 20-year tenure in the industry, is a Principal overseeing the Mission Critical, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Aviation sectors. Her 13-year journey with MCE is marked by indispensable contributions and a profound impact. Her academic background in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Physics fortifies her role as a certified fire protection engineer. Rosemary’s dedication to crafting precise systems tailored to client specifications shines through in each endeavor.
Her expertise is a pillar of the firm, spanning hazardous material assessments, sprinkler system design, system commissioning, and more. Rosemary’s unwavering commitment to excellence and leadership has steered her teams to success, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and care in every project. Leisbel Lam PE, MBA
With 17-years of industry experience, Leisbel serves as Principal of MCE’s Government, Higher Education, Corporate/Workplace markets. As a seasoned electrical engineer, he is renowned for his unwavering dedication to excellence and his deep-seated expertise in crafting electrical building systems designs for the built environment.
Beyond engineering, Leisbel possesses a keen acumen in leadership and management. Armed with a Master in Business Administration (MBA), he spearheads MCE’s Sales division as its Principal. His leadership is transformative, fostering a culture of perpetual growth and innovation. Leisbel’s visionary guidance transcends the mere construction of spaces, igniting a spirit of innovation and trust that resonates deeply within the industry.

Nick, a cornerstone of MCE since 2011, currently steers the company’s Healthcare and Science & Technology markets as a Principal. His tenure as a professional mechanical engineer is marked by a profound proficiency in devising intricate systems tailored for campus infrastructures, laboratories, healthcare facilities, and beyond. Nick’s technical expertise is complemented by his passion and dedication to provide engineering solutions that address both present and future challenges.
